Justin Newingham
Doctor Newingham received his under-graduate degree from Albion College and his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan. He has completed the mastery continuum at Spear Education, a world-renowned post-doctoral school for advanced dentistry, and currently serves as a mentor on staff at the school in Arizona. He has also graduated from the Kois Center, another prestigious school, located in Seattle, Washington and is in the process of becoming a mentor there. Dr. Newingham's passion for education and dentistry not only shines through via his resume but also through his work. The esthetic results Dr. Newingham acheives on anything from a small filling to a large full-mouth reconstruction are nothing short of world class.
Carolyn Alcini - Office Manager
Carolyn has been with us over 28 years. She combines front desk experience with a business background. In other words, she wears many hats.
Carolyn has two children, Nicki and Joey, and one grandson, Mateo.
Carolyn enjoys cooking, skiing, and spending time with her grandson.
Lynne DeTar - Secretary/Dental Assistant
Lynne is one of the first people you meet when you come to our office. As she says,"we're your welcoming commitee." Lynne has been with us for over 35 years. Not only does she work at the front desk and assist the doctor, she also teaches our Dental Assisting School.
Lynne has been married to Larry 25 years and has a daughter named Hannah.
Mary Sesti - RDH
Mary has been a hygienist with us for 19 years and has treated several generations of some of our families. She has recently retired from hygiene, and is now Dr. Newingham's personal assistant, helping to free up some of his time for dentistry.
Mary has been married to Palmer for over 40 years and has two sons, and three grandchildren.
Karen Ustick - RDH
Karen has worked as a hygienist for over 30 years. She is diligent about helping her patients maintain their optimal oral health. Karen stays abreast of new technologies and treatments through continuing education.
Karen has been married to Nick for 27 years and they have two children, Chris and Michelle. Karen is an excellent cook, and spends a lot of her spare time cleaning up after her two cats, Kitty and Shredder.
Carrie Krause - RDH
The newest member of our family, Carrie has been a hygienist for ten years. She is proficent in all phases of hygiene, and we are pleased to welcome her.
Carrie is an avid athlete, and participates in many sports.
Cres Chrzanowski - CDA
Cres has 29 years of experience as a dental assistant, and has worked for us for 18 years. Cres started her career with us as a patient when she was a child! Cres is a Certified Dental Assistant which means she graduated from and ADA accredited program and has taken the ADA national board exam. To remain accredited, she must take CE course every year.
Cres has been married to Tim for over 26 years and they have two children, Justin and Lauren.
Bea Iliescu - Assistant
Bea came to us from our Dental Assisting program 7 years ago. She is a great addition to our group. Bea brings lots of energy, enthusiasm (and youth) to us. If you are having your photo taken here, chances are it's Bea behind the camera
Bea is from Romania, and has been married to Mario, also from Romania, for 10 years. They have two children, Vinnie and Denisa.
